This is in reference to your Application for Correction of
Military Record, (DD Form 149), in which you requested the
record be corrected to reflect that you were issued a Purple
Heart, a Presidential Unit Citation and a Meritorious Unit
Citation, on your Certificate of Release or Discharge from
Active Duty (DD Form 214). In this regard, you may wish to
contact Headquarters, United States Marine Corps, Deputy Chief
of Staff for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA), Separation
Section, 3280 Russell Road, Quantico, VA 22134-5103 to request
administrative correction and the reissuance of your DD Form
214, if warranted.

As a result of the foregoing, no action is required by this
Board at this time. Accordingly, your case is hereby returned
without action.
